Hello LB friends! We have some exciting news to share with you…. Local Baby is proud to announce our new delivery service. Tabatha and I realize how difficult it is to make the trek down to the market on Saturday to get your little ones farm fresh baby food, toddler meals and snacks so we have decided to make it easier on y’all. We are currently working on giving our website an overhaul to make ordering and paying for your baby food easy peasy, but it will be a few weeks before all the bells and whistles are complete. Please be patient with us while we are going through this transition.

For now we will be doing delivery to North Austin Thursday and South Austin on Saturday. Please take a look at the menu and send us an email (localbabyaustin@gmail.com) with your order, name and address. We’ll contact you and go from there. You guys are always welcome to stop by our kitchen space and pick up food too if that is easier for you. Wheastville Food Co-op also carries a variety of our baby food puree.

Peaches are back and so is Simply Peach! We’ll also be offering a peach, sweet potato mixture. Has your little one tried our newest flavor, simply zucchini? My daughter LOVES it! Zucchini with greens are curry is great for stage two eaters, it has a little more texture and lots of delicious flavor. Hope to see y’all at the market!

Hi y’all. Check out todays great deal from Austin Tidbit Treats. $12 for $21 worth of Local Baby food. Snatch it up and feed your little ones some delicious, nutritios, locally sourced baby food.

Local Baby now has delivery available on Thursdays from 10am – noon. Orders under $50 are subject to $5 delivery charge. Please email localbabyaustin@gmail.com by Wednesday at 3pm for Thursday delivery.

We are also excited to announce our new family care package. Having a new baby girl in our family has made me realize how difficult it is to prepare a nutritious meal every night while still spending quality time with my husband and baby girl. Local baby is here to help. Let us prepare a simple seasonal meal… think soup and artisan bread; we’ll deliver it to the new family along with a local baby gift certificate and card or you can pick up the meal and deliver it yourself.

Hello LB friends. We hope you all had a great holiday season with your family! Local Baby will be back at the market starting Saturday, 1/8. New this week: Beet bites – bite size, roasted, JBG organic beets with TX Olive Ranch Olive Oil and a pinch of salt. We’ll also have our delicious gluten free chicken meatball toddler meals; the veggie sides this week are glazed turnips and swiss chard. Check our weekly menu for our seasonal baby food purees. Looking forward to seeing you all this Saturday!

The holidays are a busy time for everyone, so let us help you guys out… We’ll be offering homemade local lasagna for pre-order only. Fresh homemade pasta, delicious bolognese with a traditional bechamel sauce and fresh mozzarella. Have it on hand to feed house guests. $50, feeds 10-12 people. Order by 5pm Wednesday, 12/8 for pick-up on Saturday,12/11 or order by 5pm Monday, 12/13 for pick-up Saturday, 12/18.
